FissionX Login, Registration, and Usage

1.FissionX Website

FissionX can be accessed through its official website（Go to Official Website), which is compatible with both PC and mobile devices.

2.How to Register on FissionX

You can easily create a FissionX account by visiting the official website（Go to Official Website). Currently, registration is only available via email, and phone number or third-party account login options are not supported.

3.FissionX Registration Process

(1)Visit the FissionX official website （Go to Official Website), and click on the “Register” button at the top right of the page. Enter your email, click “Next,” then fill in the received verification code. Click “Next” again

(2)You can log in using your registered email and password to start experiencing FissionX services.

Important Reminder

Currently, only email registration is supported. In the future, phone number registration and third-party account login may be introduced. To ensure the security of your account, additional verification such as KYC may be added periodically.

4.How Crowdholding Partnership Users Log In

(1)Users from the crowdholding partnership can log in directly to the platform using their designated Zanyou Mall account and password without the need for a separate registration.

(2)To ensure your account security and to receive platform notifications, verification codes, and other communications accurately, you can bind your email through the personal center or via the email binding interface on any transaction page.

5.Features Available After Registration

(1)As a crowdholding partnership user, you will have access to C2C and Spot of ZC options, as well as all other functions of the FissionX platform.

(2)For new FissionX users, you can only access all features except C2C and spot trading of ZC options. Notifications regarding the opening of C2C and Spot for ZC options will be sent via platform announcements.

6.What Information Must Be Completed Before You Can Start Trading

(1)Complete identity verification

(2)Set up a security password

(3)Add a payment method

(4)Bind your email

Please note that you cannot trade without completing the above information.

7.How to Set Up a Security Password

As a crowdholding partnership user, you will first need to enter your Zanyou Mall transaction password for verification. Once verified, you can set up your security password.

For new FissionX users, you will need to get a verification code via email and enter it correctly before setting your security password.

8.Other Information

To ensure the safety of your digital assets, trading will be temporarily disabled for 24 hours after successfully modifying either your login or security password.

If you do not receive a verification email while binding your email, please check your spam folder. If you still do not receive it, we recommend using a different email address.
