C2C Rules

1.What is C2C ?

C2C primarily refers to the exchange process between fiat currency and digital assets, commonly known as fiat trading or funding operations.

2.How to Buy Digital Assets

(1)Visit the FissionX official website（Go to Official Website), and go to the "C2C " page.

(2)In the "Buy" section, select an order and click "Buy Option."

(3)Double-check the information, confirm it, click “Confirm Purchase,” and enter your Security Password.

(4)Complete the payment as per the seller's instructions within the specified time and upload the payment proof.

(5)After the seller confirms receipt, your purchased digital assets will automatically be transferred to your account within 24 hours.

3.How to Sell Digital Assets

(1)Go to the "C2C" page on the FissionX website.

(2)In the "Sell" section, select an order and click “Sell Option.”

(3)Review the information, select the payment method, and fill in the transaction remarks. Click "Confirm Sale" and enter your Security Password.

(4)Wait for the buyer to complete the payment and upload the payment proof.

(5)After confirming receipt of payment, click “I Have Received Payment,” and the sold digital assets will be transferred to the buyer’s account within 24 hours.

4.How to Post a Buy Order

(1)Visit the official FissionX website （Go to Official Website) and go to the “C2C” page.

(2)Click the “Post Order” button in the top right corner and select the “Buy” tab.

(3)Enter the number of ZC options you wish to purchase and set the corresponding unit price.

(4)Enter your Security Password and click the “Confirm” button to complete the operation.

**Note: **Before posting an order, you must complete the following steps: identity verification, setting a security password, adding a payment method, and binding your email. Only after these are completed can you post an order.

5.How to Post a Sell Order

(1)Visit the official FissionX website（Go to Official Website)and go to the “C2C” page.

(2)Click the “Post Order” button in the top right corner and select the “Sell” tab.

(3)Enter the number of ZC options you wish to sell and set the corresponding unit price.

(4)Select your payment method(s) (multiple selections supported).

(5)Enter your Security Password and click the “Confirm” button to complete the operation.

Note: Before posting an order, you must complete the following steps: identity verification, setting a security password, adding a payment method, and binding your email. Only after these are completed can you post an order.

6.What Are the C2C Fees

FissionX solely provides the trading platform for ZC options and is only responsible for recording transaction information. The fee rate for ZC option trades is determined based on the rules set by third-party partners. The specific fee rates are subject to those displayed on the trading page.

7.What Payment Methods Are Supported During C2C

Currently, Alipay and bank card payments are supported.note: Each account can only bind one Alipay account and one bank card.

8.What Are the Rules for Cancelling Orders

For unmatched orders, the publisher has the right to cancel at any time:Sell orders: up to 3 cancellations per day,Buy orders: up to 10 cancellations per dayFor matched orders:If a buyer cancels orders 3 times in one day, they will be banned from trading for 72 hours.Repeated cancellations (regardless of timeframe) may result in a 30-day trading ban.

Note: If the seller’s payment info is incorrect, exceeds payment limits, is not verified with Alipay, or the Alipay account is closed, the buyer should refrain from making the payment and may cancel the order. In this case, the buyer should submit a support ticket. Once verified by customer service, the cancellation count will be waived and recalculated.

9.How to Modify Payment Methods

Visit the official FissionX website（Go to Official Website), click the “Support Ticket” option in the top right corner, and choose the appropriate issue type. Submit photos of the front and back of your ID, a selfie holding your ID, and provide accurate payment account details. After verification, the support team will update your payment method.

10.What Should I Pay Attention to During C2C

(1)During an order transaction, the buyer must complete payment and upload the proof of payment within 30 minutes. Failure to do so will result in a 7-day trading ban.

(2)Once the buyer uploads the payment proof, the seller must confirm receipt of funds within 60 minutes and click “Payment Received.” If not confirmed in time, the system will automatically process the receipt, and the ZC options will be released to the buyer within 24 hours.

11.How many active C2C orders can I have

Only one active order is allowed in C2C. You must complete or cancel the current order before initiating a new one.
