Deposits and Digital Asset Withdrawals

1.Supported Deposit and Token Types

If you already hold digital assets in other wallets, you can transfer them to FissionX for diversified trading.Currently, FissionX only supports USDT deposits.

2.How to Deposit Digital Assets to FissionX

(1)Visit the official FissionX website（Go to Official Website), and click the "Deposit" button in the top right corner of the page. Select the token you wish to deposit and the corresponding network. Ensure the network matches the one used by your withdrawal platform.

(2)Copy the wallet deposit address and paste it into the withdrawal platform’s address field, or scan the provided QR code to proceed.

(3)Once the deposit is completed, you will receive an email notification. You can then view your updated balance on the Assets page.

**Note: **Be extremely cautious when selecting the deposit network. Make sure the selected network matches your withdrawal platform. Incorrect network selection may lead to irreversible loss of digital assets.

3.Which Networks Are Supported for Wallet Deposits

You must use the wallet address bound to your FissionX account for all deposit operations.

Currently, FissionX supports two networks for deposits: Arbitrum and Optimism.

4.Important Notes When Depositing

(1)Do not use the wallet address to deposit any non-Arbitrum USDT assets, or the funds will be unrecoverable.

(2)After initiating a deposit, the transaction must be confirmed by the network. A minimum of 10 network confirmations is required before the funds are credited to your account.

(3)The minimum deposit amount is 1 USDT. Deposits below this amount will not be credited and cannot be refunded.

(4)Your wallet deposit address typically remains unchanged and can be used repeatedly. In case of any change, FissionX will notify users via website announcements or email.

(5)Ensure the security of your computer and browser to prevent tampering or data leakage.

4.When Will Withdrawals Be Available?

The withdrawal function is not yet available due to ongoing business development.
